We've officially moved premises to Suite 52, 330 Wattle Street in Broadway 2007. Please come by and visit us any time. Check out the Contact Details page for phone number, faxes, etc... 21.10.01 The Add to Favourites functionality was added to the site today (you can see it on the right-hand side of this and other pages). I highly recommend using it - it's painful wanting to go to a site you can see in your head but you've forgotten the URL. 19.10.01 Unit City Projects 's Web Site v3.0 was officially launched amidst much ado and hubbub. The re-vamped site was well worth the wait - I know becuase so many of you wrote in and told me. A big thank you to Richard, my son, from GrafX Design Division for creating the site. And a bigger thank you to every one who's been to have a look. 14.08.03 A new development company has been formed, Costella Pty. Ltd (ABN: 73 101 863 236) for the purposes of acquiring for development, high value, luxury residential condominiums. Our first project, 677 New South Head Rd, Rose Bay is designed by Alexander Moldovan, architect and director. The two other directors, Harry Czeiger & Fedor Czeiger will be the builders and investors for the projects. 03.09.03 Costella Pty. Ltd. has successfully defended their 677 New South Head Rd. Rose Bay development against Woollahra Council and various objectors. The three (3) storey luxury unit development has been issued a Court order approving the above development. It is anticipated that the building process will commence in Feb. 2004.
