Brothers Harry and Fedor Czeiger joined forces in 1998 with their first residential development at 25 Victoria Street, Gosford . The partnership was based on many years of individual pursuits and achievements in the building industry starting back in 1970 when Fedor entered the electrical contracting business and Harry went straight into building. Following many years of individual growth and corporate success, the brothers decided to combine their expertise and resources. Currently, their company is finalizing the construction of a luxury residential development at 677 New South Head Rd., Rose Bay to be completed early 2006 with many other new projects in the pipe line, such as a two (2) acre Industrial project at 1-3 Cal Close, Somersby to commence in March 2006, also a major Project Management of a five (5) level residential, luxury home at 790 New South Head Rd., Rose Bay to commence in Feb. 2006. Unit City Construction Pty Ltd. Is primarily a Development Company; designing, building and marketing their own projects. However under some circumstances, the company will take on Project Management contracts, based on very selective criteria. |
